Be warned, the picture is 5 years and 4 stones ago. My recent cigar/eye patch picture is more faithful to my current appearance.

shahid January 16, 2008 at 11:30 am: Well, it started with a Krispy Kreme addiction, but nearly all of the weight gain has been due to diabetes being out of control and an almost complete lack of any kind of exercise due to a number of injuries and illnesses. The history is in the blog.
