It certainly looks like the end of the road for the Ahmadiyya.
In Indonesia, as in the rest of the Muslim world, the Ahmadiyya are not just considered a heretical sect by Muslims, but a treacherous one. By regularly denouncing Muslims as terrorists (but never overtly of course) they align themselves with those who despise Islam. By professing victim-hood despite claiming ownership to “The True Islam” and thereby expelling all Muslims from the Ummah in so doing, they come across smelling a bit hypocritical.
They love censorship. Oh the irony! They make a lot of noise about having their literature banned in Bangladesh and their cult outlawed by the `ulama of Indonesia, but they are quick to clamp down on any dissident Ahmadi who tries to question the leadership. As for “apostates” from Qadianism, like me, well, the gloves are off.
Not only did they try and take my YouTube work down, ultimately unsuccessfully of course, but they also failed to respond when I tried to elicit a reason. Mostly of course, they censor Mirza Ghulam Ahmad’s work. Not surprising really, as this embarrassing man, who claimed to be more than just any old prophet, was fond of obscene epithets to describe his opponents when they repeatedly pointed out his fallacies and absurdities. So the Ahmadi top brass censor Mirza’s work by failing to provide English translations of his more obscene outbursts.
(Blasphemy after blasphemy they let slip through the net, quite brazenly. It is telling that they find it acceptable to blaspheme against Islam, but unacceptable to let people read about him calling his opponents “bastards” and “bitches”.)
The interesting thing is how most of the devotees suffer from cognitive dissonance. I should know. I was once one of them. Lying to yourself is the only way you can cope with the mental meltdown that results from trying to understand the ramblings and chicanery of a seriously doped-up charlatan.
Ahmadis deal with their cognitive dissonance with a standard bunch of retorts. Including:
- “Your references are wrong”. (No they’re not. I checked them out. Sometimes the Qadianis shift the page numbers in Mirza’s books – erm – that’s cheating!)
- “You’re quoting out of context” (On the odd occasion, yes, but most of his nasty output is nasty despite heavy contextualisation)
- “That’s not an authentic book” (Which is why I used only Ahmadi books in my YouTube videos, either bought from them, or downloaded, live, on video, from their web site)
- “The same accusations were made against Muhammad (pbuh)” (Actually, they weren’t. Nobody accused the Last Prophet (saw) of using foul language against anyone, or of taking drugs, ever – and more to the point – any accusations made were rejected in the Qur’an)
- “He’s not really claiming prophethood” (Err, read his books. Especially “The Removal of a Misunderstanding” and “Lecture Sialkot”)
I enjoyed exposing some of Mirza’s more blasphemous, but less abusive work last year on YouTube. It provoked a huge amount of interest and a backlash not just against me, but from the ordinary, innocent Ahmadi who has been kept in the dark, against the Qadiani leadership, who have no answers. Intellectually risible and shamefully vacuous, they are being exposed as nothing more than a cheap cult, existing only to extort money from their members and to serve their imperial masters.
I have learned that they send tins with the face of the latest Mirza on to children, poor or not, to fill the cult’s coffers. Charging a membership of 6.25% of all salaries after tax, and calling those who don’t subscribe to the “Get me into heaven” scheme at a minimum of 10% earnings and property “hypocrites”, the leadership deserves exposure to the truth, and ridicule and brickbats from those with understanding.
Now it appears that the foundations of the movement have been smashed as the Indonesian Ahmadiyya has publicly declared that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was not a prophet after all, but just a teacher. This is interesting in the light of Mr. Mirza’s repeated proclamations of prophethood and the Ahmadiyya’s insistence that those who aren’t Ahmadis are in fact kaafirs (infidels/deniers) and outside the pale of Islam.
What kind of a religion categorically denies its own prophet in order to keep going as a headless chicken? Why, the completely nonsensical and utterly pointless Ahmadiyya of course. It has shot itself in the foot. It has lost the wind in its sails. It is lost at sea and listing.
This news will send shockwaves through the core of the movement and no doubt, there will be attempts to explain it away in the time-dishonoured fashion of Mirza, who routinely claimed victory despite being the victim of TKO after TKO against the most average maulvi of the time.
With this massive own goal (switching sports here) it looks like this is the beginning of the end of the Ahmadiyya. One can only hope that they will abandon the teachings of the deluded, opium-eating charlatan Mirza and rejoin the mainstream.
And as long as they reject Mirza completely, seeing as his beliefs are impossible to reconcile with mainstream Islam, they will of course, be welcome with open arms. Come back to the fold of Islam Ahmadis, we have a lot of work to do together. Insha’Allah.

Inshallah.
thank you shahid for writing this and clearing things for fellow Muslims.
These are not new to Ahmadiyyat. If you go thro the history of Ahmadiyyat you would know this. You have 120 years of history with 5 Khalifas who are the torch bearers of this truth. This is one proof for Ahmadiyyat, the True Islam. If you would have been living in the age of Hadhrat Muhammad ( Sal) you would do the same comments on him. The same would have been in the case of Hadhrat Easa (as) or with any other prophets of Allah.
The person who declared Ahmadis as Non-Muslim in 1974 was not a muslim who professed, prayed or practised Islam. For the name sake he was a muslim. What a pity. For his political benefit he fell into the hands of cunning Mullahs. You all know what happened to him. Later came the Champion of Islam who was claimed that he who was going to nail the last nail in the coffin of Qadiyanism and eradicate it from Pakistan. Saudi News papers gave importance and covered articles in 1984. What happened to this poor soul you know very well. Still unable to believe what had happened to this champion who worked from the ‘ lal masjid’. Allah should have showered flowers for these two person who changed the constituition of the country and who created history in Pakistan and Islam. What a disgrace to these two champions. Everyday many such persons are facing similar situations. Beware! the wrath of Allah is descending on enemies of Allah. Mind your words and tongue. It is bouncing back. Those days have gone. Now you are all living in a era of headless faith. No Khilafath for you for more than 129 years. It has been taken by this Jama’th. Ahmadiyyat is progressing in all fronts and spreading the message of Peace as prophesised by Hadhrat Muhammad (Sal). Those who want to disgrace the Imam Mehdi will be disgraced. This is exactly happening.
He announced that Allah informed him that Prophet Easa dead and buried in Srinagar. Thus he broke the cross of the Christians, their belief in Cross into bits and pieces. Now whoever say that he still lives in Heaven do support the Christian belief and support Christian dogma and do Shirk. It is 100% shirk. If you believe he is still alive then it is a shirk.
Wassalam
LOL!
Oh! Again experimenting with Ahmadiya. Already Pakis are suffering a lot. Where to end. It is beginning in Indonesia. Poor nation. Mullahs create problems to Ahmadiya and more and more will join Ahmadiya. This is what is happening everywhere. In India we are witnessing this truth.
NOBLE THOUGHTS OF MIRZA GHULAM VICTORIA QADIANI

Mirza qadiani says:
? According to my suggestion, if European hoers are provided for European soldiers, then, firstly there will be no risk of syphilis (VD) because perhaps these no such disease exists in Europe, secondly, they will be examined by desi doctors at the time of selection like any soldier. By this, there will be no need of medical exams anymore as both the parties will be free of disease and this will be a good arrangement to satisfy the soldiers? sexual desires without the need of law of internal examination.
No one can deny the fact that, like in India there are prostitutes in England. Therefore, there will be no difficulty in arranging this. Rather, I am certain that European civilized prostitutes will gladly offer their services to keep the brave soldiers happy. And for the huge expenses that will incur on bringing them to India from Europe, the Indian citizens will feel no burden. When they pay huge amounts for military expenses, they will not disagree to pay this additional amount. Rather this will save the honor of Indian unfortunate women and brave British soldiers will stay happy and healthy. ?
Now tell me honestly, is this a gentleman, a nabi or a PIMP?

These people sound like complete kuffar to me and should be treated as such.
Dear Colleague,
Citizens of the World have a strong tradition of defending freedom of conscience or religion or belief. We have been guided by the Preamble to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states that ” the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people.”
World citizens participated actively in the long negotiation process which led to the UN General Assembly Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief. (Resolution 36/55 of 25 November 1981).
World Citizens have played a role in highlighting the situation of the Baha’i in Iran, Buddhists in Tibet, and the Mandaeans and the Yezidi in Iraq. We had also raised earlier the discrimination against the Ahmadiyyat Islamic movement in Pakistan. Now, there seems to be pressure against the Ahmadiyya in Indonesia which could spill over into mob-type violence against its followers. Therefore, there is an important ‘early warning’ task of non-governmental organizations to point out danger signs and to call for efforts to protect liberty of conscience.
Below is my oral presentation to the UN Human Rights Council of 17 June 2008. NGO representative have only a three-minute speaking time which makes detailed analysis of a situation difficult. However, the warning has been presented. I would be pleased if you could alert others to this situation and to work for the restoration of mutual understanding among people of different religious movements in Indonesia.
Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Rene Wadlow, Representative to the UN, Geneva,
Association of World Citizens
Mr President:
One of the important functions of NGO representatives in the work of our Council is that of “early warning”. By calling attention at the first signs of danger, our hope is that governments and NGOs working together in a cooperative spirit can uphold universally recognized human rights standards. Our aim is to avoid violence and to prevent an escalation of tensions which often take on a life of their own.
It is in this spirit that we raise what seems to be a growing pressure against the Ahmadiyyat branch of Islam in Indonesia.(1) We raise it here under agenda item 9 as the defamation of a religion can be understood as attacks without reasoned discussion on the doctrine of a religion, on the founder of a religious movement or on the current representatives of a religious movement.
Thus attacks on the Ahmadiyya are often focused on the founder of the movement -Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad who is considered by his followers as the promised Madhi who is to mark the birth of a new era. The movement began in the early 1880s in what was then British India’s Punjab provence, now split between India and Pakistan.
From there, the movement has spread to many different countries, including Indonesia. In normally tolerant Indonesia, the Ahmadiyyat movement has carried on its activities of worship, education and social services in relative peace for many years.
The causes of the recent flair up of defamation against the founder and the charges of being heretics against the Ahmadiyya followers need to be looked at carefully if we are to prevent what seems to be some violent attacks against followers followed by police closings of places of worship. The constant defamation of the founder should serve as a warning. In cooperation with the Government of Indonesia, the Council must do all it can to encourage the restoration of mutual understanding among people of different religious movements.
Thank you Mr. President
(1) A useful description of tensions is in the article by Peter Gelling “Sect in Indonesia fears attacks on its members ” International Herald Tribune, ll June 2008
Salaams – I routinely post news and features about all kinds of Muslims on my blog and website, primarily in relation to my interest in media representation of Islam/Muslims. Recently, I posted a story about Ahmadiyya on my blog and one of their leading lights has seen fit to post a corrective comment next to it — which is fair dos. However, I only thought it fair to give those who hold a different view an opportunity to respond. Courteous comments only, please:

Younger generation of Qadianis is kept unaware of MGA’ utterings and are only fed things which suit the royalty ie Mirza & Co cult. This keeps them minting money.
P.S. I wonder if they multiple entry visas to heaven?
All you non-ahmadis are not getting the message we don’t think our selves greater than all Muslim sects but we are saying that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was the messiah which all of us were waiting for and he is a prophet, god has sent him down to re-guide the lost ones and all other religions so you shouldn’t criticize us and if we were a false and bitter community then god would of destroyed us long before
