Still Waiting for the American Qadiani…

by shahid on July 28, 2007

As you know, I wrote to Dr. Nasim Rehmatullah on the 19th of July. I have yet to hear from him, so I wrote to him again just now and my email is reproduced below.

Dear Sir,

I’m wondering why you haven’t replied to my email below?

I await your response eagerly.

Regards,

Shahid Kamal Ahmad

WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Dear Dr. Nasim,

YouTube has informed me that you filed a DMCA Notice under section 512 to have all of my videos removed. Under the DMCA Safe Harbor provision, YouTube duly removed my videos, giving me the opportunity to serve a counter-notification, which was entered on the 25th of June. Further to that, you had 10 business days to file a suit, which you failed to do.

I’m curious as to:

a) Why you filed the notice in the first place?
b) Under whose authority?
c) On what grounds?
d) Why you did not take legal action?
e) Why you used a yahoo account for your email address and not an official Ahmadiyya email address?

I believe that I am now in a position to pursue legal action against you, and I am considering my options, especially given the behaviour of some of your movement’s adherents towards me in recent months.

In the meantime, I’d be interested in your response to the above.

Regards,

Shahid Kamal Ahmad

One more thing; I have a HiDef camcorder and I’m not afraid to use it. Watch this space. Well actually, not this space, but you know what I mean.

The DMCA (Takedown) Notice for my videos was filed by:

Ahmadlyya Muslim Community
Dr. Nasim Rehmatullah
National Vice-President USA
PO Box 219, Conneaut, Ohio 44030
440 725 8019
nrehmatullah@yahoo.com

So I wrote the following to him in response:

I sent that last night. No response yet. I shall keep you posted.

In the meantime, devotees of the charlatan Mirza Ghulam Ahmad have spread all kinds of daft stories and made all kinds of suggestions, including the quite ludicrous idea that the whole thing was orchestrated by a bunch of his followers in London with backing from the centre and that they “spared” me legal action so as not to upset my family. What jokers and liars these people are.

Ahmadis / Qadianis Back Down

by shahid on July 16, 2007

The Ahmadiyya “Muslim” Community has decided not to take me to court pursuant to my DMCA Counter-Notification of 25th June. As a result of this, my videos are being re-instated. Justice is sweet, even when it takes time.

I now have to decide whether I want to take legal action, but that was never what it was originally about.

And in any case, I’m getting all my kicks from playing the most wonderful Super Stardust HD on my PS3…my score of 23.5 million puts me above all my colleagues, some of whom are hardcore gamers. I must say, it feels ridiculously good to be top. The “older” guy can still do it.

Going back to YouTube, they finally responded once I turned to the newly formed UK corporation. The latter will not have to respond now that the Americans have answered my plea before the UK office opens for business in the morning.

All in all, YouTube have been quite slow, but I can understand why. I am more concerned that the person who filed the DMCA takedown (section 512) on behalf of the AMC remains anonymous. Nobody should be able to file a case such as this anonymously.

Regardless, a temporary victory for a single Muslim against the family business of the Mirza Royal Family…(all victories are temporary….just as my top ranking amongst my colleagues is likely to disappear by tomorrow…as ephemeral as the morning dew…since one of my somewhat proud colleagues is at this very moment, attempting to usurp my titanic figure….poor guy!)

YouTube run by Ahmadis?

by shahid on June 25, 2007

The ultimate conspiraloon might believe so. I just think they’re incompetent. (At least I know how newspapers come up with headlines now…just tell a great big lie and put a question mark at the end)

i have emailed YouTube with my counterfile, which they at first rejected due to a supposedly incomplete portion (which they didn’t point out at first!). I updated the counter-notice and retried. Since then, and it’s over a week now, I have emailed them on over a dozen occasions, but received no reply.

This is frustrating, but it’s clear that I’m going to have to knuckle down for a long battle. Suits me fine.

The Ahmadis have got away with defending their confusing, paranoid and vulgar “prophet” for far too long and I will use all legal means to pursue this.

Let’s get this clear, I have no issue with ordinary Ahmadis. Many of them think they’re Muslims, but they’re wrong.

My job is to pull the curtain away from the Wizard of Qadian and reveal him for the ugly charlatan that he is. Ahmadis should hopefully wake up and rejoin the Ummah once they see what he was really about.

As for YouTube, any advice welcomed, but I will try fax next as they don’t respond to email.

Update 1 - 26/6/7

7 hours ago, and not long after the above post appeared, YouTube finally responded to my counter-notification and informed me it had been passed on. The Ahmadiyya now have my home address, my personal mobile telephone number and my email address. We’ll see what happens on the intimidation front.

They have already been at my ex-wife, reducing her to tears, brainwashing my kids and exerting social pressure on my mum, where she felt compelled to beg me in tears to stop my action, lest the “wrath of God” destroy me. Much as I have my problems with my ex, she doesn’t deserve that, after all, what is it to her? Why did they drag her in and humiliate her? With my kids too?

That’s what cults do.

Ahmadiyya Intellectual Cowardice

by shahid on June 14, 2007

Some of my readers will know about my youtube videos, currently numbering seven, on the cult of the Ahmadiyya.

Yesterday I was served with seven DMCA notices, one for each of my videos on behalf of the Ahmadiyya “Muslim” Community by youtube and my videos were removed.

No specifics were given, but copyright infringement was cited. The cowardice of the Ahmadiyya and their fear of the youtube revolution that threatens to detail their fraudulent cult, masquerading as rational “Muslims” whilst treacherously speaking out against Islam at every opportunity, is now all too apparent.

Why are the Qadianis scared of sharing the work of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, their so-called-prophet? What are they so scared of? At every opportunity for debate, they run away. When confronted with outrageous garbage spewed by their doom-mongering fake, they claim that his writings have been misquoted. When the writings are quoted using their own translations, they cite copyright infringement! (They obviously haven’t heard of Fair Use!). What kind of cowardice is this?

I am flattered that they think my videos dangerous enough to their organisation that at the highest level, they have decided to take such heavy-handed action.

Perhaps they’re scared that ordinary Ahmadis will find out that the man they revere:

  1. Drank Tonic Wine
  2. Took opium
  3. Called those who didn’t like his books the “progeny of whores”
  4. Said of his opponents that they “have become swines of our jungle and their women have become worse than bitches.”
  5. And yet also said “I have not even answered back anyone with abusive language.”
  6. Publicly chased a married woman and claimed in a “prophecy” that she would become widowed and become his wife. (Never happened and she outlived him by 57 years!)
  7. Made blunder after blunder in his so-called-prophecies and tried to explain them away like a teenage liar.
  8. Urinated 100 to 300 times a day. (When was he clean enough to pray?)
  9. NEVER set foot in Mecca or Medina, never mind perform the Hajj!
  10. Never paid the Zakah!
  11. Wrote letters of sickly, fawning obeisance to the love of his life - Queen Victoria
  12. Offered to be a spy for the British
  13. Called all those who rejected him as “kaafir” (outside the fold of Islam) and hellbound.
  14. Predicted earthquakes and plagues routinely as signs of his greatness.
  15. Was a self-aggrandising megalomaniac with self-confessed melancholic bouts of hysteria.

Nice guy, huh? You can see why the Ahmadiyya dont want anyone to know about his life or works! They get a nice chunk of money from gullible Ahmadis on a regular basis - cult tax called “chanda” and they send money boxes out with faces of their cult leader on, Mirza Masroor, to CHILDREN, no matter how poor, to encourage them to send money to him.

These people ostracise their own members, cruelly socially boycotting them when they perform minor misdemeanours that might reflect badly on their cult and yet they protect sexual predators and paedophiles and fraudsters within their own “royal families”.

Can you say “cult?”

Despite my own understanding of copyright law through my own professional history, I will be seeking the best legal counsel and look forward to relaying further news to you on this matter as and when it occurs.

In the meantime, I have written to youtube requesting clarification and also sent the following to the HQ of the Ahmadiyya “Muslim” Community in the UK:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday, a DMCA Notice was served on me by Youtube, on behalf of the
Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

My youtube username is shahidkamal. I am wondering where this
authorisation came from and on what specific basis?

I am working on a series of documentaries on the Ahmadiyya Movement,
including comments on some of the works of its founder, Mirza Ghulam
Ahmad. I plan on conducting several interviews and wondered if someone
from your organisation would be available for comment?

Peace on those who follow the guidance,

Shahid Kamal Ahmad

I will end this post with a verse from the Qur’an that springs to mind anytime somebody tries to stamp on the truth, from surah 61, verse 8:

يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِؤُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ

They desire to extinguish the Light of God with their mouths, but God will perfect His Light, though the unbelievers be averse.
